1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MyFriends ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MyFriends. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
3. Description of Service
MyFriends is a personal relationship management application that allows you to organize information about your friends, track meetings, manage groups, record notes, and maintain satisfaction scores. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: • The accuracy of information you enter into the App • Keeping your backup PINs and exported files secure • Using the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Ensuring you have the right to store information about other individuals
5. Third-Party Personal Data
The App allows you to store personal information about third parties (such as friends' names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses). By entering such data, you confirm that you have obtained any necessary consent or have a legitimate basis to store this information. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws regarding third-party data.
6. Data Ownership
All data you create within MyFriends belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of any content you enter. Data is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
7. Advertisements
The App displays interstitial advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of ads. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us. An internet connection is required for ads to load.
8. Intellectual Property
The MyFriends app, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of Furkan Çömez. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, loss of privacy, or unauthorized access to your device.
11. Data Loss
We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to device malfunction, operating system updates, app updates, or user error. We strongly recommend regularly exporting encrypted backups of your data using the App's built-in export feature.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
